Meet Jaelyn
Jaelyn was blessed to serve her home state as Miss West Virginia 2021 and represent the Wild & Wonderful at the 100th Miss America Competition.
Her year of service was spent implementing statewide marketing strategies to promote the organization to potential sponsors, volunteers, and candidates while furthering her message of youth investment in Appalachia. She performed a multitude of public speaking engagements for school assemblies, community organizations, state officials, and organizational events.
Jaelyn holds an MBA in public administration and a B.S. in business administration with a focus in marketing and minor in psychology both from Shepherd University. Professionally, Jaelyn works as a public relations associate.
In all settings, Jaelyn is a storyteller, passionate about hearing and furthering the stories of others. With professional experience in marketing and strategic communications, she's developed the skills to define and deliver messages to a wide array of audiences.
